Creating is free. You pay in credits when you make a quest playable, or take an annual plan if you run quests all year.
Tourism offices, museums and municipalities can also run one quest open all year with the “Quête permanente” plan: €360 a year, paid in advance (see the Tourism page, in French).
Annual plans are paid yearly in advance and renew automatically unless you cancel. VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code).
